Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the ClubMatches apps. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
ClubMatches helps tennis clubs post league-squad offers and helps players discover, apply, and message clubs. We are a marketplace, not a federation, club, or employer. Listing a ranking, offer, or league date does not guarantee a contract, visa, licence, or a place on a soupiska / Mannschaftsmeldung.
Accounts
You must provide accurate profile information and keep your login safe. One person or club per account. You may delete the account in Profile. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fake clubs, or ranking fraud.
User content
You are responsible for offers, bios, chat, and ranking claims. Do not post illegal content, harassment, or other people’s personal data without a right to do so. You grant us a licence to host and display that content so the app can function. Clubs and players talk as private parties; we are not a party to their agreements.
Rankings
Linked rankings come from third-party public sources and can be wrong, stale, or missing (especially former players). Self-reported numbers are labelled as such. Clubs must do their own checks before nomination.
Fees
The app may show season prices (player 9.99 €, club 29.99 €). Charging through the App Store is not active in this version. Tester Pay buttons unlock the season on the account and are not a paid subscription.
Acceptable use
No scraping the service, no spam, no impersonation of a club or player, no attempts to bypass safety tools (block, report).
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. League calendars marked expected can change. Push delivery is not guaranteed. We are not liable for a missed nomination deadline, a bad fit, or a third-party ranking site being down.
Apple
You also agree to Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. Apple is not responsible for ClubMatches or these terms. In-app purchases, when enabled, are billed by Apple.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Slovakia (Alsox s.r.o.), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
